FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: protective combat chestplate contains a chest board having at least one cavity for protective medium placement. Arranged on its outside are rows of crosswise straps separated into bolt loops for fixture of detachable pouches. The specificity consists in the chest board being design as composed of a base, a belt part equipped with shoulder suspenders with adjustment-and-fixation straps and a belt adjustment-and-fixation strap and a knockdown chest part. The base represents a rectangular cavity in the upper face part whereof an aperture is made equal to the knockdown part width with the cavity for protective medium placement is designed in the shape of a pocket stretching all along the chestplate central part. The upper part of the pocket represents the chestplate knockdown part with the lower one positioned inside the base cavity.

EFFECT: improvement of the protective combat chestplate design ensuring enhanced combat efficiency and usage convenience, reduction of the weight of outfit worn.
