FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering immune prophylaxis therapy using bacterial immunomodulator Ribomunyl in permissible age-specific doses in therapeutic mode within traditional application modes. Infrared laser radiation is transcutaneously administered beginning from the second week of the second month at 870-910 nm wavelength in pulsating mode with impulse succession rate of 600 Hz in mirror contact way in moving the radiator step-by step on the thymus gland, suprarenal gland and ulnar vein projection spending 60-180 s on each field. The whole treatment course is 5-7 days long with 2-3 months long pauses 2- 3 times a year. Biologically active additive is administered beginning from the second week of the second month as hypoallergic diet in age- specific doses in therapeutic mode within 15-20 days with 2-3 months long pause.
