SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pediatrics and pulmonology, and can be used for the treatment and prophylaxis in children of recurrent bronchitis associated with exposure to fine dust. In the period of incomplete remission or remission, a combined medical and physiotherapeutic treatment is carried out therefor. Starting from the first day of treatment, Ambroxol drug is administered orally during a meal with a small amount of liquid in an age dose from 3 years to 6 years – 7.5 mg 3 times a day, from 6 years old to 12 years old – 15 mg 2 times a day, over 12 years old – 15 mg 3 times a day in a course of 7 days, starting from the first day. Hypoxen drug is also administered orally before or during meals, 1 capsule 2 times a day for 21 days. Starting from the eleventh day of treatment, the Broncho-Munal drug is administered orally in the form of capsules in the morning on an empty stomach in the age dose from 3 to 12 years – 3.5 mg, from 12 years – 7 mg in a course of 10 days. As a physiotherapeutic treatment, simultaneously with the drug treatment, starting from the first day of treatment, an apparatus physiotherapy method is carried out, namely, low-intensity magnetic therapy with a course of 10–15 procedures. In addition, starting from the second day of drug administration, a complex of physiotherapeutic methods is carried out, including halotherapy in combination with aeroionotherapy course of 10–12 procedures each.
EFFECT: method ensures shortening the periods of exacerbations and reducing the frequency of relapses, reducing the frequency of complications due to the positive dynamics of clinical symptoms and respiratory function as a result of detoxification and activation of anti-inflammatory, antihypoxic, immunomodulating and metabolic action, restoration of homeostasis and natural immunological resistance, due to pronounced positive synergism of the components of the proposed comprehensive treatment.
