FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out papilloma destruction with laser radiation of 488-2090 nm wavelength. Light guide is introduced into the papilloma body and papilloma tissues are heated under laser radiation power being equal to 1.5-2.0 W and 20-35 s long exposure time. The light guide is hold in papilloma tissue until it cools and the papilloma tissues adhere to the light guide and the papilloma attached to the light guide is removed by pulling the light guide outside. EFFECT: excluded heat injuries of healthy tissues; avoided cicatrix formation; stable remission.
