FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology. A diode laser with wavelength 980 nm is used in contact continuous mode at power 7 W or in pulse mode at power 30 W. Laser fiber under conditions of local anesthesia is delivered through tracheostoma channel and performing laryngotracheal plastic under control of rigid endoscope.
EFFECT: method enables performing benign neoplasms removal, dissecting cicatrical constriction of larynx and first tracheal rings in local anesthesia conditions, retrograde inspection of the larynx is performed, the lower surface of the vocal folds is inspected, and the risk of breakage of the rigid laser fiber is excluded.
