Said auxiliary rims-wheels are provided with grooves 15 meeting grooves 14 on high rails of inner auxiliary gauge. Threaded pair 10 of hub and movable rim provides axial displacement of movable rim at tight contact with brake shoes and simultaneous rolling of auxiliary rim over rail of high inner gauge. Embedded parts 12 secured on movable rim 5 by bolts 13 are placed between bead 11 of movable rim 5 and end face of wheel 1.
