SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the environment control, in particular, with a sewage treatment, desulphuration of flue gases, processing of refuse and liquidation of a domestic wastes, and also with production of smoke black, production of methanol, production of dimethyl ether and production of petrol. The for production of carbon by treatment of biomass has the block of an anaerobic fermentation for production of methane and carbon dioxide by an anaerobic fermentation of biomass; the block of separation of methane - carbon dioxide for separation of methane and carbon dioxide from the blended gas containing methane and carbon dioxide and produced in the indicated block of the anaerobic fermentation; the means of formation of hydrogen for production of hydrogen from the indicated methane, separated in the indicated block of separation of methane - carbon dioxide; and the block of binding of carbon dioxide for production of carbon by reduction of the indicated carbon dioxide, separated in the indicated block of separation of methane - carbon dioxide using the indicated hydrogen produced in the indicated means of production of hydrogen at the presence of a catalyst.
