FIELD: metering of loose materials susceptible to sticking together, food industry, specifically, baking and confectionery industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed weighing machine ensures weighing of substances having different degrees of fat content and viscosity, its salient features are little mass, high functional reliability, simplicity of handling and operational convenience. Weighing machine has hopper housing hollow vertical shaft with drive and agitator anchored on shaft, coming in the form of horizontal members. Vertical metering conduit is located in lower part of hopper. Agitator has at least two horizontal members positioned on one side of shaft and interjoined by connector and member linked to connector and located in lower pat of hopper at acute angle with horizontal member of agitator. Weighing machine also has screw placed in metering conduit and coupled to shaft of drive of screw. Shaft of drive of screw is positioned inside shaft of drive of agitator, screw can be separated. Agitator and screw are equipped with individual drives. Weighing machine can have device controlling metering.
