METHOD OF VOLUME BATCHING OF PLASTIC-GRANULAR PRODUCT AND DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION (VERSIONS) Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC B65B3/06 

FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and versions of device for prepacking of plastic and granular products, particularly grain, friable cottage cheese. Method consists in feeding during space of product from bin into tank, filling of tank and feeding of measured dose of product from measured tank on the position of discharging. Additionally by installed agitator in bin product is loosen, not destroying it, and tank is filled, located on top moving transport element, its dead weight. Tank of top moving transport element is located above measured tank, located on bottom moving transport element, and cottage cheese is poured into measuring sleeve, premoulding it by unit of premoulding. At following step of top and bottom moving transport elements in measuring tank of bottom rotating table it is stayed cottage cheese of required volume, and excess volume of cottage cheese is in tank of top rotating table. After two steps measuring tank with cottage cheese of bottom moving transport element is installed on place of cottage cheese discharge into container and by means of pusher cottage cheese is poured out from measuring tank into tank-package. Moving transport element is installed with ability of step-by-step rotation. Top and bottom moving elements are implemented in the form of disc, on which there are fixed additional and measuring tanks with rings below, pressed to disc by means of spring.

EFFECT: it is achieved increasing of fill goods kinds, such as for instance, granular, friable cottage cheese, not disturbing its structure.
