SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for dispensing of loose components, measurement of which is coupled with probability of arching. Device for dispensing of loose components includes feed branch pipe, flexible hose, fixed disk and digital weight device. Above the fixed disk there is a movable disk with possibility of vertical movement connected to the flexible hose by means of rods. Flexible hose has a ring for fixing it on the feeding pipe. Ends of rods fixed on movable disc are connected through units with counterweights installed on fixed disk. Rods are inserted through bushings mounted in a fixed disk, on which there is a switch for communication with a plate mounted on the movable disc, when the flexible hose is filled with a certain dose of the loose component. Device for bending of the flexible hose is made in the form of a cutter fixed disk suspended on brackets, which includes pneumatic cylinders installed on rods of clamping plates. Digital weighing device has a built-in controller which generates a control signal for pneumatic cylinders.

EFFECT: prevention of arching and higher reliability of equipment, as well as reduced power consumption and simplified dispensing process.
