FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation could be applied in treating nonoperable cancer of uterine body. It is suggested to carry out vaginal tamponade and introduce antitumor chemopreparations through microirrigators directed along the route of natural canals of uterine tubes; one end of microirrigator is freely located in uterine cavity, another one is fixed with ligatures to skin through contraperture in anterior abdominal wall. The present method enables to direct maximum quantity of medicinal preparations to lesion focus, shorten terms of conservative treatment, transfer nonoperable lesion foci into operable state, provide prolonged contact of chemopreparations with internal uterine walls, decrease aggressive nature of injecting antitumor preparations due to application of natural anatomical canals. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 ex
