FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has frontal and back reins each pivotally connected to anterior and posterior area of superior transverse rein via the first and the second articulation and with its inferior area to anterior and posterior area of inferior transverse rein via the third and the fourth articulation, respectively. The first and the third articulated joints have totally at least five degrees of freedom. The second articulated joint is hinged axle that is nearly perpendicular to sagittal plane with its rotation axis and has single degree of freedom. The fourth articulated joint has mediolaterally inclined rotation axle from front towards back resulting in exo/endo-rotation and bringing aside the inferior transverse rein owing to turn about rotation axis taking place.
