SUBSTANCE: one should take into account patient's age and detect types of female hormonal sensitivity: hyperandrogenia, hyperestrogenia and the norm at additional studying hypoestrogenia, combination of hypoestrogenia and hyperandrogenia and combination of hyperestrogenia and hyperandrogenia. By taking into consideration the type of hormonal sensitivity established and patient's age one should match necessary preparation by taking into account the type of contraceptive (monophase, three-phase), dose of estrogenic component, kind and dose of gestagenic component. Algorithm deals with peculiarities of contraceptives III generation that contain gestogen, desogestrel and norgestimate as gestagenic component. The method provides differentiated approach for prescribing up-to-date hormonal contraceptives III generation in women of fertile age that enables to increase tolerance of these preparations, decrease the number of complications and side effects of hormonal contraception.
