FIELD: motor-car industry; tires production. SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with a method of manufacturing of tires for wheels of vehicles, with a tire, which can be produced by the indicated method, and the wheel of the vehicle equipped with the indicated tire. The invention may be used at manufacturing woven-canvas tires and wheels of vehicles. The method provides for production of a frame structure, on which a tape structure, a tread band and sidewalls with binding inserts and one stiffening member are laid. At manufacture of the frame structure the first part of one layer of the carcass, that has internal terminal zones, which are mutually spaced, is laid on a toroidal support. Each of terminal zones is executed with its terminal part passing in the opposite to which is taking place(is passing) in opposite to the counter from an equatorial plane of the tire direction. The fixing insert is laid on the terminal part and has a profile of a cross-section of the flat form passing in an axial direction opposite to the internal terminal zone and the equatorial plane of the tire side. The tire contains the frame structure, the tape structure, the tread band, a pair of sidewalls and a ring type reinforcing structure with a stiffener. The stiffener is laid on one layer of the carcass and the main part of its body and has a profile of the cross-section converging in the opposite to the axis of rotation side. The ring-type fixing insert has its cross- section profile of the flat form and passing in the axial direction opposite to the stiffener body main part side. The wheel of vehicles contains the tire mounted on a tread and it has a frame structure, a tape structure, tread band, a pair of the sidewalls ending with rims for linking with the corresponding supporting seats and a ring-type reinforcing structure with a stiffener. The stiffener has a main body with a profile of the cross-section, converging in the opposite to the revolution axis side. The ring-type fixing insert is formed by winding of coaxial coils of one continuous threadlike element. One of the seats forms a projection high enough for prevention of stripping of the corresponding tire rim. EFFECT: the invention allows to manufacture tires with a robust construction of sideboards and sidewalls even at availability of one layer of the carcass. 48 cl, 10 dwg
