FIELD: production of carcass structure tires for transport vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: the method provides for formation of a carcass layer by placing on a toroidal bearer of the first and second rows of the band-shaped sections cut under the size from entire tape-shaped profile. At that each of the sections contains the longitudinal threadlike elements fixed in layer of an elastomeric material. Sections of the first row are placed in succession one by one in the circular direction and spaced by some distance from each other, and so forming the side parts, on end bendings of which are laid the front parts of corresponding tire side reinforcing frames. Sections of the second row are placed each in the corresponding interval formed by two adjacent sections of the first row. And the corresponding end bendings are overlapping the primary parts of the circular structures. The method also provides superposition of additional parts of the circular structures on the end bendings of the sections of the second row.
EFFECT: The method allows to improve quality of the tires.
