FIELD: tire industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to making of tires for two-wheel vehicles, such as motorcycles. According to proposed method tape-like sections with longitudinal thread-like elements are made which are coated with layer of untreated elastomer and are placed on torus-like support, thus forming two side parts when being placed around U-shaped contour of cross section. Then two crown parts are applied passing along radius from center between side parts, and ring reinforcement structures are applied near edges of one layer of carcass. Making of each ring reinforcement structure includes application of one extended member in form of concentric coils to form domelike ring catching insert. Then forming of filling body is carried out which is made of untreated elastomer. Said filling body is connected with ring catching insert. Using proposed method, carcass structure for tires is made and tire for two-wheel vehicles of proposed carcass structure is manufactured.
