SUBSTANCE: proposed tire contains carcass structure with one layer of carcass connected in operating position with pair of ring reinforcements contains one bead core and one ring member. One bead core and one ring member. One layer of carcass is turned up onto one of ring members. Method provides for displacement of carcass structure onto drum for second stage, application of breaker structure onto carcass structure in radially outside place. Method provides for application of tread band onto breaker structure in radially outside place and rendering toroidal form to tires. According to proposed method, semifinished part is delivered to drum for first and one separator is installed in place radially outside relative to one semifinished part. Then one layer of carcass is delivered to drum for first stage in radially outside place relative to one separator and ring members are installed in place radially outside relative to layer of carcass. This done, layer of carcass is turned over ring members, one separator is moved off and bead cores are applied. Invention provides for making of drum first stage of tire assembling.

EFFECT: provision of high quality of tires.
