SUBSTANCE: the method is featured by the fact that the degree of relative web tension in its separate sections is calculated according to the operating points bringing the web in motion of the drives, and corrective values for ink registration and cutting line are derived from the combination all the values of tension dependent on the product. The parameters influencing the ink registration and cutting line, for example, the paper grade, its dampness or quality of the material of the printing product, quantity of the points of printing pressure, length of the web, etc. In all probable operating conditions of the press, are registered at the very beginning of the working process.
