FIELD: paper industry. SUBSTANCE: device for matching ands finishing of at least two paper or film webs has unwinding mechanisms in which paper web provided with periodically spaced marks is wound off the roll by means of pull rollers, is directed by guide rollers, is matched with second paper web and is fed to processing section. In this section at least two paper webs are passed through independent processing devices and are fed to subsequent processing device. Means for congruent adjustment of web longitudinal registration are provided. They include arrangements to create equal tension along width of paper in at least one of webs, probes for detecting sequence of marks on each paper web, and drive or brake control unit. Tensioning of paper is provided by pull rollers which are rubber-lined and installed after processing section, preferably before subsequent processing device. EFFECT: provision of matching and independent finishing of several webs to be delivered to subsequent processing device at accurate longitudinal registration. 9 cl, 5 dwg
