FIELD: technology of hydrodynamic cleaning; underwater cleaning tools for cleaning ship's hulls and water-development works. SUBSTANCE: proposed injector has body with central flow-through passage formed by inlet contraction, expansion chamber and outlet diffuser. Body of said diffuser has passages located at angle relative to longitudinal axis of flow-through passage and brought into communication with cavity of expansion chamber. Injector is also provided with additional diffuser whose body may be mounted on injector body for longitudinal motion along it; it may be locked in required position. It is good practice to provide injector with ultrasonic oscillation source which may adjoin expansion chamber on side of inlet diffuser. Ultrasonic oscillation source shall be made in form of cylindrical insert with central passage whose inner surface may have form of comb. EFFECT: extended field of use of kinetic energy of cavitation jet by forming additional loop of water escaping jet. 4 cl, 3 dwg
