FIELD: aeronautical engineering; light amphibian aeroplanes, seaplanes, conventional aeroplanes of enhanced flight characteristics. SUBSTANCE: proposed amphibian aeroplane has hull with planing steps and low-set displacement-type wing with outer wing panels provided with profiled aerodynamic surfaces-overwing flaps and swept-back center wing section provided with boss over leading edge at sweep more than 70 deg. Overwing flaps are located at leading edge on tips of outer wing panels and are connected with it by means supports forming profiled slot. Tips of overwing flaps are engageable with tips of outer wing panels. Root parts of overwing flaps come off supports as cantilever; they are provided with tips. Overwing flap span is 0.6-0.7 of span of outer wing panels. Trailing edge of wing has shear whose height is equal to 1-2.5% of chord of outer wing panels. This shear is bounded with flat plate from beneath. Length of flat plate is equal to height of shear. Flat plate is extension of lower surface of wing. EFFECT: improved flight characteristics. 10 dwg
