FIELD: organic fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-quality and prolonged-activity nitrogen-containing humus-type organic fertilizer based on vegetable ligno- carbohydrate raw material possessing good environmental compatibility. Subject of invention consists in that nitrogen-containing organic fertilizer with 5.5-8.2% nitrogen level additionally contains 30-58% cellulose and 13- 27% hemicelluloses at 20-30% lignin content. Fertilizer contains nitrogen in the form of ammonium, easily hydrolyzed amide nitrogen and 65-85% of organically strongly bound nitrogen with 5.5-8.2% of total nitrogen content. Proposed fertilizer increases wheat harvest by 19% and can be used as effective prolonged-activity fertilizer. EFFECT: increased fertilizing efficiency and essentially extended resource of raw materials and reduced price cost of organic fertilizers. 3 tbl
