FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention describes high-quality organic fertilizer which is in good agreement with environment, and process for preparation thereof. Fertilizer comprises nitrogen in the corm of ammonium nitrogen, normally hydrolyzable nitrogen amide and more strongly organically bonded nitrogen. Content of more strongly bonded nitrogen varies from more than 60 to 85%. Fertilizer is prepared by oxidative ammonolysis of industrial lignin prepared by deposition from spent lye in the process for preparing cellulose by alkaline method or from alkaline lignin extracts, lignin deposition being completed in alkali medium. Fertilizer is useful in combination with other mineral and organic fertilizers. It is used to advantage for recultivation of non-fertile soils. EFFECT: improved properties of the organic fertilizer. 4 cl
