Valve means may close at least one venting orifice between window casement and impost. Window has heat insulation partition and inner partition located between window casement and impost. Partitions together with casement and impost form ventilation skip. At least one ventilation orifice is made in heat-insulation partition and in inner partition. Valve means are of heat-insulating type and are located into ventilating skip. EFFECT: enhanced heat insulation, reduced noise, provision of necessary venting capabilities. 11 cl, 2 dwg
