SUBSTANCE: ventilation noise-suppressing device has a heat-insulating panel at least with one vent hole and a locking mechanism at least with one valve for overlapping the holes in the mentioned panel. It is provided with a skip at least with one vent hole installed on the panel. The locking mechanism valve is made with a layer of heat-insulating material and positioned in the skip. EFFECT: reduced probability of condensation of water vapors on the device inner surface and enhanced efficiency of noise suppression. 8 cl, 4 dwg
