FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed rotary machine contains rotor, stator, at least one guide vane which is held by stator by two opposite ends and at least one end of which is installed for turning relative to stator in at least one conducting member designed for directing fluid medium to guide vane to change its temperature. Said rotary machine contains also sealing member connected with guide vane for turning in at least second plane and designed for sealing stator and guide vane whose sealing function practically does not depend on relative angular position of guide vane and stator in first plane. Such design of rotary machine prevents leakage of fluid medium which is conducted to guide vane to change its temperature between stator and guide vane even at different angular turning positions relative to each other in said first plane.
