FIELD: electrical engineering; end plates for rotating electrical machines. SUBSTANCE: stator end plate 1 has axial slots 2 accommodating cable-made stator winding and axial holes 19, 21, 22 receiving stator cooling tubes; it is also provided with at least one bending member 20, 23 pre-formed therein and used for cooling tubes that may be inserted in holes 19, 21, 22. Method is also proposed for supporting and protecting cooling tubes inserted in first axial hole at its exit from electrical machine stator; for the purpose end plate provided with bending member is applied to stator and cooling tube is bent around bending member prior to inserting it into second axial hole or taking it out of stator. Novelty is also rotating electrical machine incorporating proposed end plate that functions to protect cooling tubes against mechanical stresses. EFFECT: improved cooling conditions for stator and its teeth in particular. 20 cl, 14 dwg
