FIELD: domestic appliance engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has fixing protrusions radially projecting inside from the internal outlet filter cover having outlet openings and serving as filter support located inside and fixing grooves for fastening the fixing protrusions. The fixing grooves are formed by external peripheral surface of the outlet flange laterally protruding from circumferential surface of round outlet part formed on lateral surface of electromotor casing mounted inside of main housing envelope of the vacuum cleaner. That results in attaching outlet filter cover to the main housing envelope of the vacuum cleaner. The fixing grooves are optionally available on the internal peripheral surface of the outlet flange.
