FIELD: equipment for attaching of output filter on cover of vacuum cleaner.

SUBSTANCE: retaining device has output filter cover mounted on one side of vacuum cleaner main casing and equipped with discharge openings, and round mounting central ring. Mounting channels are formed on inner surface of cylindrical side wall of mounting ring. Filter has filtering part adapted for air filtering, and engagement projections formed on cylindrical outer peripheral surface of filter. Said projections are adapted for resilient fixation inside mounting channels, respectively. As a result, filter is resiliently retained inside cover of output filter.

EFFECT: provision for reliable retaining of output filter and eliminating of occurrence of noise during operation of vacuum cleaner.
