FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out osteotomy of fibula in its lower half. Ilizarov apparatus is applied. An incision is made on anterointerior crural surface. Transperiosteal corticotomy is obliquely done from top to down from internal tibia edge over the frontal edge and then over exterolateral edge not reaching interosteal edge of the tibia. Corticotomy of interoposterior and exteroposterior surfaces is carried out in subperiosteal way in the transverse direction with respect to the long axis of the bone. Osteoclasis of not injured back surface of the tibia is made so that incipient bone fracture length corresponds to corticotomy length on the frontal surface. EFFECT: retained maximum possible periosteal and intramedullary blood circulation; accelerated regenerate production. 1 dwg
