FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used for treating a patient with an inconsistent distraction bone regenerate at the stage of ossification. Bone is fixed with an external fixation apparatus. Bone fixators are delivered near a zone of an inconsistent regenerate. Fan osteoperforation is performed with pins along the entire length of the inconsistent regenerate. Bit is inserted through two cuts made along the upper and lower edges of the zone of insolvent regenerate, and transverse notches are made. Then the bit is installed longitudinally to the bone axis in the projection of the osteoperforations, by striking the bit with a hammer, it is immersed into the zone of the insolvent regenerate, after which the bit is turned through 90 degrees with the help of a wrench. Bit is submerged and turned along the entire length of the insolvent regenerate.
EFFECT: method provides reduced risk of fracture at the regenerate level due to creation of conditions for formation of functional consistency of extremity segment and compliance of bone with biomechanical loads.
