FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: laser-diode medical device comprises a power supply unit, a control panel with a digital liquid crystal display, device driver drivers, an optical emitter, drivers of radiation modes, control fronts of pulses from low-frequency to high-frequency optical radiation, an optical output with a light guide, to which attachments are connected. Device comprises, as optical emitters, a laser emitter with wavelength of 1,255–1,275 nm and a diode radiator with wavelength of 660 nm in the red radiation spectrum, each connected to a device control driver, wherein the radiation modes driver operates in continuous, pulse-modulated and quasi-continuous modes and is connected to the device and keyboard driver control drivers having communication with the control panel.
EFFECT: disclosed is a laser-diode medical device.
