SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to physiotherapy, restorative medicine, and can be used to treat persistent wounds. First, perform ultraviolet treatment of wounds up to 5–10 cm2 by mercury-quartz lamp BOP-4. For wounds more than 10 cm2 use the illuminator OKN-11M. Then use low-intensity remote laser radiation in infrared spectrum. Then use the radiation in red spectrum. Then use polarized light using the “Bioptron” lamp.

EFFECT: method allows to increase the efficiency of treatment of persistent wound processes by using a set of phototherapy techniques in a certain sequence and regimes.
