FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking fibrinous film exudate sample from the anterior chamber, pupil area and iris surface and vitreous body cavity exudate sample to carry out bacteriological analysis. Closed subtotal vitrectomy is carried out. Exudate and membranes under inflammation are removed from vitreous cavity in as large amounts as it is possible. Electrolysis aqueous sodium hypochlorate solution of 50-115 mg/l concentration is introduced into the vitreous cavity as substituting liquid. After the electrolysis aqueous sodium hypochlorate solution being substituted with air, short- term vitreous cavity tamponade with unstable emulsion containing electrolysis aqueous sodium hypochlorate solution and perfluororganic substance is carried out during 7-10 days. After the retina having been smoothed with perfluororganic substance from unstable emulsion dissociated into fractions, the perfluororganic substance is substituted with silicon oil or air. Buffered electrolysis aqueous sodium hypochlorate solution of 0.35-0.45 g (NaH2PO4) per 100 ml of sodium hypochlorate solution is additionally used as the electrolysis aqueous sodium hypochlorate solution. Unstable emulsion contains the electrolysis aqueous sodium hypochlorate solution in 30-44 mg/l concentration. The unstable emulsion composed of 60- 65% by mass of electrolysis aqueous sodium hypochlorate solution and 35- 40% by mass of perfluororganic substance is injected into the vitreous cavity. Perfluoropolyester, perfluorotributylamine, perfluorodecaline or perfluorometylcyclohexylpiperidine is used as the perfluororganic substance. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; retained vision function; normalized ophthalmic tonus. 5 cl
