FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with preparing and conserving bony tissue, that is it deals with cleaning and washing out bony tissue, deproteinization of fragments at first in 0.01%- chemopsyn solution then in 10%-hydrogen peroxide solution for 48 h, treatment with liquid ether, drying and treating with 10%-lithuim chloride solution for 16 h and sterilization of target product. Moreover, allogenic or xenogenic fragment of long tubular bones should be deproteinized in chemopsyn solution for 96 h, and at treating with 10%-hydrogen peroxide solution they should be placed into alternating magnetic field at 45 C. The present innovation enables to obtain increased strength characteristics of osseous-plastic material. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
