Method involves separate preparing extracts of green walnuts, flower pollen aqueous-spirituous extracts, green walnuts honey infusion and glycine an aqueous solution followed by their mixing in the following ratio, wt.-%: walnuts an aqueous-spirituous extract, 45.00; flower pollen an aqueous-spirituous extract, 0.03; walnuts honey infusion, 14.00; glycine an aqueous solution, 0.04; alcohol, the balance. Alcohol is added in the concentration providing 40% strength in the composition. Invention can be used for prophylaxis of diseases associated with metabolism disorders, for immunity enhancement and reducing stress states, elimination of iodine deficiency and as antiviral, anthelmintic and antifungal agent.
