FIELD: chemical industry; removal of solvent residue after extraction of bio-mass. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant has extraction apparatus, water steam source, separator for separation of water steam and main for delivery of water steam and solvent. Water steam source is made for selective connection for delivery of water steam to bio-mass. Main is made for selective change-over between extraction apparatus and separator which is necessary for passage of water steam and entrapped solvent into separator. Separator includes intake passage for admission of water steam and solvent from extraction apparatus and exhaust passage connected with condenser used for condensation of water steam after removal of solvent from it by means of separator. Proposed method includes bringing bio-mass in contact with water steam in extraction apparatus, directing the water steam together with solvent entrapped by it into separator for separation of water steam from solvent After separator, water steam is subjected to condensation. EFFECT: improved power requirement characteristics; facilitated procedure of heating and rarefaction. 17 cl, 2 dwg
