SUBSTANCE: proposed device has chamber, at least one pipe line for introducing fluid medium and at least one pipe line for discharge of main fluid medium and several distributing plates; each distributing plate has several panels for mixing, distributing or extracting fluid media. Proposed system includes at least one pipe line for communication of device with outside space and at least one chamber which is connected with pipe line (pipe lines); device is also provided with one or more connecting pipe lines for connection of chamber and at least one plate; length of each connecting pipe line is so selected that time of passage of fluid media between panel and pipe line should be practically similar for all fluid media.
