SUBSTANCE: apparatus has fractal construction, each having inlet channel branched into number of outlet channels. Fractal constructions are offset with respect to one another. Outlet channels of individual constructions are arranged in alternation and pass through surface.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing fast and uniform mixing without employment of mechanical mixers.
