FIELD: flow meters.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for filling fluid. More specifically, the present invention relates to filling flow meters. A control valve for a manual fluid flow meter contains a valve cartridge containing a cartridge case passing between the first end and the second end. The cartridge case contains the first annular flow channel at the first end and the second annular flow channel at the second end. A radial inlet passes through the first end into the first annular flow channel. A radial outlet passes through the second end into the second annular flow channel. A control socket is located around the inner side of the cartridge case between the first annular flow channel and the second annular flow channel. A valve rod is located in the valve cartridge, and it contains an upper part located at the first end and containing an annular groove for a control seal, a throttling part passing below a groove for the control socket, and contains a lower part located at the second end. The lower part contains a drive tip coming out of the second end of the valve cartridge, an elongated part passing between the upper part and the lower part and connecting them, and a control seal located in the groove for the control seal. The control seal is made with the possibility of coupling with the control socket with the valve rod in a closed position and exiting the coupling with the control socket with the valve rod in an open position. An annular flow path is formed between the throttling part and the control socket. The length of the annular flow path changes as the valve rod transits between the open position and the closed position.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency and reliability of the fluid filling system.
