DEVICE FOR EXTRACTION OF LIQUID DOSE Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: procedure of separation and cleaning of complex liquid mixtures, applicable for dosage of reagents in liquid chromatography. SUBSTANCE: the device has a vessel with liquid to be metered out placed above an intermediate vessel. The latter is made with concave walls and with a rotary tube installed inside it. The rotary tube has a drive and can be moved in several degrees of freedom. The inlet opening of the rotary tube may change its level with respect to the upper level of liquid in the intermediate vessel. The device has a duct for delivery of gas-displacer, and a duct for delivery of a liquid dose passing through a selector valve positioned between the vessel with liquid to be metered out and the intermediate measuring vessel. In addition the device has one or several intermediate measuring vessels installed for connection to the duct for delivery of gas-displacer and the duct for delivery of liquid dose through the selector valve controlled with the aid of detectors of gas phase installed at the outlet of the rotary tubes. EFFECT: enhanced capacity due to provision of continuity of liquid flow, reduced error of the dosage of reagents to the chromatograph. 1 dwg
