FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: facility consists of reservoir with dosed fluid, and of intermediate measuring reservoirs with concave walls and rotary tubes installed inside them. The rotary tubes have a drive and can travel in several degrees of freedom. Also an inlet orifice of the rotary tubes can change its level relative to an upper level of fluid in the intermediary measuring reservoir. The facility contains a channel with consumption controls for supply of propellant into the reservoir with dosed fluid, the intermediary measuring reservoirs, a collector for withdrawing dose of fluid via a switch tap and a detector of gas phase at the output from the rotary tubes. The collector of fluid dose withdrawal is divided into individual channels for each intermediary measuring reservoir. Temperature and pressure sensors and fluid sprayers are installed at the output of each channel; amount of propellant is regulated by means of the switch tap upon a signal from the detectors of gas phase.
EFFECT: transition of dosed fluid into new aggregate state for intensification of evaporation or combustion.
