FIELD: mechanics, manufacturing processes.
SUBSTANCE: liquid portion picking device incorporates a vessel for liquid to be picked arranged below the intermediate concave-wall measuring vessels housing rotary pipes. The said rotary pipes are furnished with a drive for them to move with several degrees of freedom. The rotary pipes inlets can vary their level relative to the top liquid level in the intermediate measuring vessel. The proposed device is provided with a channel feeding a displacing gas and a channel feeding a portion of liquid, both channels passing through a switch-over cock arranged between the vessel with liquid to picked and intermediate measuring vessels. The aforesaid switch-over cock is controlled by gas-phase detectors arranged on the rotary pipe outlets. The device is additionally provided with a channel feeding the displacing gas into the vessel with liquid to be picked. The displacing gas channels accommodate gas flow rate control valves.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and lower error in metering reagents.
