FIELD: medicine, toxicology. SUBSTANCE: one should detect concentration of a xenobiotic in blood plasma due to HPLC followed by calculating pharmacokinetic parameters and making mathematical models, due to clasterization it is necessary to detect the species of animals being the nearest by pharmacokinetic parameters of xenobiotic towards a man, and as human LD50 one should apply D50 value established in an experiment in the nearest species. The method enables to considerably increase accuracy and expressiveness of trials due to applying pharmacokinetic parameters in models for predicting toxicity of chemical compounds for a man including medicinal preparations applied as pharmacological probes.
