FIELD: clocks installed in open sites such as streets and squares of populated areas. SUBSTANCE: globular clock has base, globular body mounted for rotation about vertical axle, and circular dials on its external surface. Globular body has its inner space divided by horizontal floors into stories where rooms are disposed; mounted on clock base is time indicating pointer. Axle of revolution is made in the form of tube accommodating freight/passenger elevator. Tube has exits to stories and is provided with light beam source. EFFECT: enlarged hardware range. 3 cl, 1 dwg
