Data are transferred from service center 6 over mobile network to subscriber-identity module (SIM) 1 introduced in mobile device 3 and connected to the latter through contact interface and is stored therein. Stored data are transferred from SIM 1 by contactless way to integrated-circuit contact card 2. Mobile radio phone may be used as mobile device 3 and GSM or UMTS network, as mobile network 4. Protection and authentication are provided during transfers.
