SUBSTANCE: antihail rocket has solid propellant motor with charge of composition including active ice-forming reactant, safety system, and stabilizer. Drag stabilizer formed as transverse ring is positioned in rear part of rocket. EFFECT: increased efficiency owing to optimal ratio of air drag rate and active reactant escape rate resulting in increased yield of ice-forming centers. 2 dwg
