FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has rigid plate having two parts and cover base connected to each other with ribbons of textile locking member. Upper part of the plate is arranged on the upper edge of seat back. The lower plate edge passes between the back and seat. Cover is manufactured as box which cover has semicircular shape an longitudinal recess in the middle. Windows are manufactured inside of the box below the first shaft. The second shaft having handle at its left is mounted on two supporting members having rubber cams. The cams are designed as eccentrics and arranged in the window projections.
