FIELD: sewage treatment apparatus; treatment of domestic, natural and industrials water with air, commercial oxygen or ozone-and-air mixture. SUBSTANCE: proposed apparatus has liquid circulating loop consisting of vertical tubes with ascending and descending flows which are interconnected in upper and lower parts by means of bypass chambers, pumping unit located in upper portion of ascending flow tube for introduction of gas. Mounted in upper portion of descending flow tube are attachment and gas supply pipe line; descending flow tube is provided with vertical longitudinal fins forming vertical passages. Several horizontal rows of holes are located in height of said fins. Apparatus may be provided with several descending flow tubes located concentrically around ascending flow tube or descending flow tube is mounted inside ascending flow tube coaxially relative to it.
