FIELD: construction engineering; devices for preparation of building mixtures. SUBSTANCE: proposed mixer has drum with blades secured rigidly, drive for rotation of drum mounted on bearing frame by means of bracket bent at obtuse angle, unit for turn of drum relative to bearing frame and retainer for holding drum in required position. Bracket is provided with horizontal and inclined sections in preset position. Surfaces of blades are located at angle of 5-20 deg. to generatrix of drum. Articulated on blades are variable-incidence vanes at shift of their centers of gravity relative to axes of articulations. Blades are provided with variable-incidence vanes turn limiters. Blades and vanes are provided with holes. Balance beam is provided with locking mechanism and lever whose one end is articulated on horizontal section of bracket. Free end of section of lever is bent and is used for securing balancing weights. Locking mechanism is provided with latch, as well as with disk and spring rigidly mounted on frame.
